You are not alone; the cost of living crisis is affecting many of us.

You may want help accessing grants, support getting all the benefits you are entitled to, or simply want to know more about the government's recent support measures.

Residents who want to talk to someone about cost of living issues can visit the Erdington and Northfield Advice Centres. The centres are open:

• Tuesdays, 4:30pm to 7:00pm
• Saturdays, 10:00am to 1:00pm
